COVID-19 Precautions

For the safety of our clients, community, and family, we will continue to be present at our office location during normal business hours, but we have discontinued face-to-face meetings. Instead, we are now providing assistance to our valued clients and the community at large via video conferencing, telephone, text messaging and email during this unprecedented time in our nation’s history.

Our sincere hope and prayer is that by implementing these courses of action, we will be doing our part to help limit community spread and transmission of the COVID-19 virus in the community.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What if I need to bring physical documents to your office?

No problem! Our front entryway area will be open during our normal business hours (M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) if you need to drop anything off to us. 

What do I need to know about using Senior Insurance & Retirement Advisors' front entryway?

We’re glad you asked! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Please wear a mask
  • Only one person is allowed in the front entryway at a time
    • Before entering, look through the glass to make sure no one else is in the front entryway
    • If there is someone there, please wait in your car until they leave to maintain that client’s safety and privacy
    • If it is empty, you are welcome to come in. 

Do I need to have a special type of software if I choose a video conference appointment?

Nope! All you will need is a computer and internet connection. Our staff will work with you when you book your appointment to get you the link (website address) you’ll need to join the video conference meeting.
